Maldron Croke Park, Dublin

This project involved the construction of a new build modern hotel comprising 200-bedrooms branded as a Maldron hotel, ranging in height from 2 to 7 storeys and located adjacent to Croke Park stadium in Central Dubin. The 4-star hotel is designed to achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating and will include a business centre with five meeting rooms, a state-of-the-art gym, together with bar and restaurant facilities. Designed to complement existing buildings in the local area the hotel will have a traditional hand built red brick façade and will come with a range of environmental features, such as green roofs, roof mounted PV panels, air source heat pumps and EV charging points.
